Many of the Wheatbelt Way native flowering plants are ephemeral and wont last much longer for 2020 with the forecast increase in temperatures in the coming weeks.

The wattles and a wide range of bush flowers are still in bloom, are putting on good displays and will provide a range of colours to be marvelled at for a while longer.
The LAST Beacon Guided Bus Tour will be held on Monday 28th September. These have been a great success for the Beacon Community and thanks must go to the Beacon Progress Association, Beacon Central Community Resource Centre and its volunteers for making this Wildflower Tour happen and we look forward to it again in 2021.
